Refund POLICY

Gizzls are committed to giving you and your furry best friends the best possible products, prices and services.

 

We have a 14-day returns policy, if you’re not entirely happy with your order and have any unopened products in a resaleable condition, please drop us an email at hello@gizzls.co.uk with your order number to let us know. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method. You will cover the return shipment costs, unless the products are defective or incorrect.

If you refuse an order and it’s been sent back to us by Royal Mail in a resalable condition, and it's not due to the items being defective or incorrect, we will refund the product cost, deducting the cost of the return shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged items. Please note refunds will not be accepted if you have asked Royal Mail to leave the parcel in a safe place including on your front porch, and in these cases the liability falls with the customer.
